Delivery
Your order will be delivered by postal service. In order to offer free or heavily discounted delivery we have sourced the best value and most reliable operators we can and aim to get your goods to you within reasonable time. We do appreciate, however, that sometimes you will need your purchase sooner, so we do also offer a faster service for a small extra fee. All deliveries will need to be signed for. For delivery outside the EU please select your ‘location’ on our checkout page and the delivery charge for your location will be displayed. Where goods are purchased for delivery outside the EU – it is the responsibility of the purchaser/importer to pay any locally imposed duties. Free International Delivery Offer – Subject to availability: If jacket is subsequently returned for refund we will refund less the actual shipping rate paid to send the goods (not our regular shipping rates). If jacket is returned for exchange you will be required to fund the re-delivery.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.90 inside Estonia. We ship generally with Omniva or DHL. If you wish to receive your order by Express Shipping, please contact us by email info@renardspeedshop.com.
For delivering outside the E.U., e.g. Switzerland, Norway or US, we dispatch the goods tax-free (20% VAT). Perhaps you have to pay other costs e.g. payment of duty, taxes or service fees by the import into your homeland which you can find out from your custom authorities.
Payment
We accept credit card, debit card (MasterCard / Visa / Solo / Switch / Maestro) and Paypal payments via … secure payment gateway. The goods will not be dispatched until the customer’s funds that have been paid and have cleared in full.
Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Euros (EUR). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference numbers. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error.
Important: This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, renardspeedshop.com reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases or confirmed orders where an item has been priced incorrectly.
Credit Card Security
Your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. We use an Extended Validation SSL for added security so when you visit areas that deal with personal information you will see a lock and the address bar will turn green indicating that you are in a secure area and that you can shop with confidence.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party*. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
*If you place an order with renardspeedshop.com and the item is out of stock, we may arrange for the product to be sent directly from our manufacturers/suppliers. In this circumstance we will pass your delivery address to the manufacturer/supplier who in turn will use this to arrange delivery via their chosen courier.

This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.
Stock Levels
We work hard to ensure we carry the most comprehensive selection of items. If you purchase an item that we do not have in stock we will contact you immediately if we feel this will adversely affect the length of time it will take us to supply the item to you or if the item can not be delivered anymore. Return/ Refund Policy
All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee (terms and conditions apply). You are entitled to cancel your order at anytime between time of order and within 14 days of receiving your goods. We are very happy to accept returned items if we are notified within this period. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, please fill out our returns authorisation form. Please note – returns will not be accepted without prior agreement. Any items returned must be in a fully resaleable condition, including packaging and with tags still attached. Please take care in parcelling the returning items and make sure the orginal packaging/box is inside the parcel. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Upon receipt of a returned item – we will send a replacement size if this is requested or we will process a full refund minus any pre-paid delivery charges at the earliest opportunity. We charge a small fee to cover the cost of sending exchanged goods out. If an item has to be returned due to being sent in error/faulty etc. we will refund the cost of the postage to return the item/s back to us up to a maximum of £10 (UK), Euro15 (Europe), USD30 (Rest of World). Please note special order items and gift certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Where items are returned and remaining order (items kept by customer ) falls below €55, we will refund less €4.99.
Warranty Returns
Where a product is returned to us for review/repair under manufacturers warranty – the customer is responsible for shipping costs both to send the item to us and for us to send the item back after repair/replacement.
Where goods are returned from non-EU countries the package and any documentation must be marked: Failed Sale / Returned Goods / No UK Duty or VAT Payable. We are not able to accept returns where we are asked to pay any duty/fees/vat.
Helmet Safety Standards
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they purchase a helmet that conforms to your local safety standard – eg. DOT for USA riders and ECE for European riders. Where a helmet is purchased for use in a country, where it does not conform to the local safety standards, it is purchased/worn at the riders own risk and we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property or person as a result of it’s use. The Safety standard region is always marked under our product.
Free Gifts/ Promotions
Please note: if any purchases are subsequently returned for refund – any free gifts must be returned too, unused/unopened/resellable. Where any free gifts are not returned or returned used/opened/unsellable – their full value will be deducted from any refunded monies. Please note we reserve the right to substitute free gifts if the gift shown against a product is temporarily unavailable.
Price Promise
We regularly check our prices to ensure our customers are getting the best price possible. We promise to match the price of the same product offered cheaper by another genuine retailer (i.e. only retaliers selling genuine products, not copies or fakes). We cannot price match prices that are out of date or not currently in stock. The product must be the same (model number, colour, size etc.). We cannot price match any retailer trading outside of the EU. On eBay or similar websites the matched product in question must be a ‘buy it now’ price from a registered retailer, not an auction price. This offer cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer. We reserve the right to withdraw the price match offer if the matched product costs less that our purchase price.
Pricing
All online pricing and offers should be considered an ‘Invitation To Treat’ and as such if/when items are accidentaly priced incorrectly we are not obliged to honour the price displayed. You will be notified of our mistake and given the opportunity to purchase at the correct price or your order will be cancelled.
Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm renardspeedshop.com or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.
